Ingredients- 2 King Oyster Mushrooms
- 2 pinches of salt (or a tiny splash of soy sauce)
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil or Perilla Oil

Start by trimming off the very bottom of the king oyster mushrooms. Rinse them quickly under cool running water and pat them dry thoroughly. Instead of slicing with a knife, tear the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces by hand. This method helps preserve the mushroom’s natural texture, resulting in a more satisfyingly chewy bite.
