Super Quick Cheesy Corn Bake
Ridiculously Fast Cheesy Corn!
This recipe is possible because we have canned corn, cheese, and perhaps a drink!
Ingredients- 1 can (drained) canned corn
- 50-65g Mozzarella cheese
Seasoning- 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, drain the canned corn thoroughly using a sieve. If there’s excess liquid, the flavor might become diluted. Place the drained corn into a mixing bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix everything gently but thoroughly, ensuring each kernel is coated with the seasoning. This step is key for even flavor distribution.
Step 2
Transfer the seasoned corn mixture into an oven-safe dish or a microwave-safe bowl. Now, generously sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top. You can adjust the amount of cheese according to your preference; more cheese will result in an even richer and more delicious cheesy corn bake.
Step 3
It’s time to melt the cheese! If using an oven, preheat it to 190°C (375°F) and bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until the mozzarella cheese is melted and slightly golden. If using a microwave, heat on high for about 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. For an extra touch, you can sprinkle some chopped parsley on top before serving.
