  • Occasion : Snack
  • Cooking : Grilled / Roasted
  • Servings : 2 servings
  • Cooking Time : Within 15 minutes
  • Difficulty : Anyone

Ingredients

  • 2 Tortillas
  • About 100-150g of cooked Bulgogi (Beef)
  • 4 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 2 packs (approx. 200g) Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 Shiitake Mushrooms
  • A pinch of Parsley Flakes (for garnish)
  • 3 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese (for enhanced flavor!)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare your two tortillas. Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat and lightly toast each tortilla for about 1-2 minutes per side until they are slightly golden. This step makes the tortillas wonderfully crisp and delicious.

Step 1

Step 2

Place one of the toasted tortillas on a pizza plate or pan. Sprinkle one pack of mozzarella cheese (about 100g) evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edge. Make sure to cover it generously for that irresistible cheesy pull!

Step 2

Step 3

Carefully place the second tortilla on top of the cheese. Next, spread 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce evenly over the second tortilla, using a spoon or spatula. Be sure to spread it all the way to the edges. Avoid using too much sauce, as it can make the pizza soggy.

Step 3

Step 4

Generously arrange your cooked bulgogi over the tomato sauce, according to your preference. Since this recipe utilizes leftover bulgogi, you can adjust the amount as you like. (Tip: You can find a delicious bulgogi recipe at @6995427!)

Step 4

Step 5

Sprinkle the remaining pack of mozzarella cheese (about 100g) evenly over the bulgogi. Thinly slice the fresh shiitake mushrooms you’ve prepared and arrange them attractively on top. Finally, dust with a pinch of parsley flakes for a beautiful finish.

Step 5

Step 6

Now, let’s bake it! Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the pizza inside and bake for about 7-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown. If you don’t have an oven, you can place the pizza on a microwave-safe plate and microwave it for 1-2 minutes, just until the cheese melts. (However, baking in an oven will result in a crispier texture.)

Step 6

Step 7

Once the pizza is baked to perfection, carefully remove it from the oven. Finally, sprinkle 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the entire pizza. The umami from the Parmesan cheese will add a deeper layer of flavor. Slice and enjoy your delicious creation!
