Ingredients- 10 fresh blueberries
- 1 bottle (100-120ml) plain yogurt
- 1 large ice cube or 2 small ice cubes

Here’s a tip for washing blueberries: add two to three drops of a food-grade cleaner like calcium powder to a bowl of water, let the blueberries soak for about 3 minutes, then rinse them thoroughly under running water multiple times.
