Ingredients
  • About 6 fresh strawberries (frozen strawberries can also be used)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 200ml cold water
  • 200ml cold milk

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare about 6 fresh strawberries. Wash them thoroughly under running water, remove the green stems, and cut them into 4 equal pieces. If you are using frozen strawberries, you can use them directly without thawing.

Step 2

It’s best to use bananas that are ripe but not overly soft. After purchasing, peel the banana immediately and chop it into small pieces, about 1-2cm, for easier blending. Pre-chopping and storing them in the freezer allows for convenient use without needing to thaw later, making for a perfectly chilled and smooth smoothie.

Step 3

Now, let’s prepare the blender. Place the prepared banana pieces and the cut strawberries into the blender jar. Then, pour in 200ml of cold water. Adding a little water helps the ingredients blend smoothly and prevents the smoothie from becoming too thick.

Step 4

Finally, add 200ml of cold milk to the blender. Securely close the blender lid, and blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until you reach your desired consistency. Be careful not to over-blend, as this can create too much foam. Pour into a glass and enjoy your delicious strawberry banana smoothie chilled!
