  • 12 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce (Korean soup soy sauce preferred)
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

First, wash the zucchini thoroughly. Then, slice it into half-moons or cut it into quarters lengthwise and slice into thick pieces. Slicing them too thinly can cause the zucchini to break apart during cooking.
