  • 2 Tbsp Soup Soy Sauce (Guk-ganjang)
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, cut the boiled dried radish greens into bite-sized pieces, about 2-3 cm long. Place the cut greens in a bowl, then add minced green onion, minced garlic, black pepper, soup soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.

Step 1

Step 2

Using your hands, gently mix and massage the seasonings into the radish greens, ensuring they are evenly coated. Continue mixing for 1-2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Step 3

Sesame seeds add a wonderful nutty flavor. Grind the pre-roasted sesame seeds finely using a mortar and pestle or a grinder. Using a generous amount will enhance the overall taste.

Heat a dry pan (no oil needed) over medium heat. Add the seasoned radish greens and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the greens are tender and the seasonings are well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more soup soy sauce if it’s too bland.

Step 4

Step 5

Once the radish greens are fully stir-fried, just before turning off the heat, sprinkle generously with the finely ground sesame seeds.

Step 6

The final touch of sesame oil and the abundant ground sesame seeds create a deliciously nutty and savory dish. This stir-fried dried radish greens is not only healthy but also incredibly flavorful, making it a perfect addition to your meal!
