Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Fill a steamer with plenty of water and bring it to a boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling vigorously, arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer on the steamer, making sure they don’t overlap. Cover with a lid, and once steam rises, steam for about 7 minutes. Be careful not to overcook, as the dumpling wrappers might burst. Keep an eye on the time.
Step 2
While the dumplings are steaming, let’s make the delicious dipping sauce! In a small bowl, combine 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp oligosaccharide, 1 Tbsp sesame oil, 1 Tbsp rice vinegar, 1/3 Tbsp gochugaru, and 1 Tbsp sesame seeds. Stir everything together with a spoon until well combined. The perfect balance of sweet and savory will surely whet your appetite.
Step 3
Arrange the perfectly steamed dumplings on a serving plate. Generously drizzle the delicious soy sauce dip you just made over the warm dumplings. Finally, sprinkle the chopped green onions on top for a beautiful and aromatic finish. Enjoy your freshly made steamed dumplings right away!
