  • 150g kimchi juice (from aged or sour kimchi like napa or radish kimchi)
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/3 Tbsp minced garlic
  • A pinch of sesame seeds
  • A pinch of shredded roasted seaweed (optional)

Whisk everything together with a spoon until well combined. Ensure the sugar is dissolved for a smooth sauce.
