- 140g Peeled Deodeok (about 2-3 roots)
- 50g Pine Nuts
- 1 stalk Scallion

Cut the peeled deodeok into bite-sized pieces, about 5-7 cm long. Then, place them on a cutting board and gently pound them with the flat side of a meat tenderizer or the back of a knife to soften the fibers. This process makes the texture more tender and helps the marinade penetrate better.

Let’s prepare the delicious marinade for the deodeok gochujang grill. In a bowl, combine 1.5 Tbsp gochujang, 0.5 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp sesame oil, 1 Tbsp oligosaccharide, 1 Tbsp maesil cheong, and 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds.
