Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 Tbsp mala sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, crack 2 fresh eggs into a bowl. Whisk them gently until the yolks and whites are well combined, preparing them for the flavorful addition.

Step 2

To the beaten eggs, add the 1/2 Tbsp of mala sauce for a kick of spicy flavor and 1 tsp of sugar to balance it with a touch of sweetness. Whisk everything together until thoroughly combined. This mixture will infuse your scrambled eggs with a unique mala-spicy and savory taste.

Step 3

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add 2 Tbsp of cooking oil. Once warm, take a paper towel and carefully wipe the inside of the pan with it. This light coating of oil helps prevent sticking and ensures a smooth cooking process.

Step 4

Reduce the heat to low. Pour the egg and mala sauce mixture into the prepared pan. Let it cook undisturbed for a few seconds until the edges begin to set. Then, using a spatula or chopsticks, gently push and fold the eggs from the edges towards the center. Continue to cook over low heat, stirring and folding, until the eggs are softly scrambled and cooked to your desired doneness. Avoid high heat to prevent the eggs from becoming dry or overcooked.
