I was selected for the ‘Man-gae Recipe’ tasting event and tried Nongshim Spicy Jang Kalguksu for the first time! It was so convenient to enjoy kalguksu at home. I tried to bring out the best flavor using only the ingredients provided in the package, without adding any extra components. The spicy yet refreshing broth is truly excellent!
Main Ingredients- 1 pack of Nongshim Spicy Jang Kalguksu
- 500ml water
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, pour 500ml of water into a pot and bring it to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, add the noodles, the refreshing seafood broth packet, and the generous dried chives and vegetable flakes from the Nongshim Spicy Jang Kalguksu. After adding the ingredients, reduce the heat to medium and boil for at least 5 minutes to ensure the noodles are cooked through.
Step 2
Check if the noodles are cooked to your liking, then turn off the heat. Next, add the spicy paste sachet and stir well with chopsticks or a ladle. Your delicious Jang Kalguksu is now ready!
Step 3
If you prefer a milder, blander taste, you can omit the spicy paste sachet. Conversely, if you enjoy a bolder, spicier flavor, feel free to adjust the amount of spicy paste according to your preference. This allows you to customize your Jang Kalguksu to your liking.
