Key Ingredients- 1/2 Papaya
- 1/2 Dragon Fruit
- 1 Lemon
- 1/2 Star Fruit
- 1 bottle (approx. 500ml) Sparkling Water, chilled

Step 1
Begin by thoroughly washing the star fruit under running water. Then, slice it into attractive star shapes, about 0.5cm thick. They look beautiful and add to the flavor!

Peel the dragon fruit and cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces or your desired size.
Step 3
For the papaya, cut it in half, scoop out and discard the seeds, then peel and chop the flesh into pieces similar in size to the dragon fruit.

Wash the lemon thoroughly, perhaps using baking soda or coarse salt to scrub the peel. Remove any seeds and slice it thinly, about 0.5cm thick, just like the star fruit. The lemon’s zest will balance the sweetness perfectly.
Step 5
Arrange all the prepared fruit slices attractively in a large glass or a clear pitcher. Gently pour the chilled sparkling water over the fruit. The natural fruit essence will infuse into the sparkling water, creating a cool and delicious fruit punch.
