Main Ingredients- 200g Spam
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1/2 onion
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 cup well-fermented kimchi (chopped)
- 2.5 bowls warm cooked rice
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- Eggs (for sunny-side-up fried eggs)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare 200g of Spam. Place the Spam in a plastic bag and crush it with your hands until it’s well-mashed. This helps the seasonings penetrate better, making it more flavorful. The key is to mash it smoothly without large chunks.
