Cooking Instructions
Step 1
1. Making the Cucumber Stir-Fry:
㉠ Heat a little cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
㉡ Add the sliced cucumber and chopped green chili peppers (seeds removed). Stir-fry over high heat for a short time. The key is to keep the cucumber crisp, so avoid overcooking.
㉣ Just before turning off the heat, drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Give it a quick mix, and your delicious cucumber stir-fry is ready.

2. Making the Seasoned Bean Sprouts:
㉠ Boil water in a pot. Add the bean sprouts and cover. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until they are just tender, avoiding making them mushy. Drain the bean sprouts and rinse them under cold water to cool them down and remove excess water.
㉡ In a bowl, combine the drained bean sprouts with anchovy sauce, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Gently mix and toss to coat. This simple seasoning creates a savory and delicious side dish. Feel free to add minced garlic or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.

3. Making the Potato Curry Stir-Fry:
㉠ Peel and wash the potatoes and carrot. Slice them into thin matchsticks (about 0.5cm thick). Slice the onion similarly. Cutting all vegetables to a similar thickness will ensure they cook evenly.

Step 4
㉡ Heat a little cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sliced potatoes and carrots and stir-fry until the potatoes start to turn translucent.
㉢ Once the potatoes and carrots are partially cooked, add the sliced onion and continue to stir-fry. When the onion becomes translucent, add the curry powder and salt. Stir well to coat all the ingredients evenly with the curry powder.

Step 5
㉣ When the potatoes are completely tender and cooked through, remove the pan from the heat. Stir in sesame oil and sesame seeds to finish. This makes a satisfying dish to serve with warm rice.
