Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- Water (enough to cover the potatoes)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp stevia (or 1 tsp sugar)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Start by peeling the potatoes. Since they are fresh new potatoes, the skins should come off quite easily.

Pour fresh water into the pot, ensuring it’s enough to completely submerge the potatoes.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of stevia for a touch of sweetness. If you prefer to use sugar, substitute it with 1 teaspoon of sugar. This will add a subtle sweetness that enhances the potatoes’ natural flavor.
