Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the vegetables. Wash the Daejeo tomato and slice it thinly. Sprinkle a pinch of fine salt over the sliced tomatoes to enhance their flavor. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and peel, then slice it into bite-sized pieces. Peel and slice the hard-boiled eggs. Have the sliced cheese ready.
Step 2
Spread the sauces onto the bread slices to add flavor. Evenly spread the cream cheese on one slice of bread. On the other slice, spread the honey mustard sauce evenly.
