My daughter asked me to make this after she tasted it in America, and it’s such a simple recipe! It’s perfect for brunch and incredibly easy. Seriously, life is so much simpler with this dish!

Ingredients

  • 4 slices soft baguette bread
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 pinch of herb salt
