Step 1
First, confirm and prepare all your ingredients. Crack 4 fresh eggs into a clean bowl and beat them well with a fork or whisk to create egg wash. Removing the egg whites’ membrane will result in a smoother scrambled egg.

Thaw the frozen shrimp by briefly soaking them in cold water. Once thawed, pat them dry with a paper towel and cut them into bite-sized pieces. The key is not to overcook them to maintain their firm, juicy texture.
