- 1 Egg
- 1 Broth Pack (for boiling)
- A little Green Onion
- A little Saeujeot (salted shrimp)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
When the water boils, prepare the broth pack and add it. This recipe is for one serving.

Whisk the egg in a separate bowl. Prepare the chopped green onions in advance.
Step 3
Once the broth has steeped, remove the pack. Pour the whisked egg in a circular motion into the boiling broth. If you pour it all at once, it will clump.

After it boils up once, reduce the heat to medium or low. Add the saeujeot. Sumi’s Kitchen used 3 eggs, but this recipe is for one serving as the quantity was too much.
Step 5
After adding saeujeot and green onions, it’s done! Finish with the super simple egg drop soup on low heat, adjusting the seasoning.
