Main Ingredients- 1 pack of silken tofu (use only the tofu, without excess water)
- 1 stalk of green onion (mainly the white parts)
Golden Seasoning Sauce- 5 Tbsp soy sauce (regular or dark)
- 1 Tbsp minced green onion
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 0.5 Tbsp minced garlic (approx. 1/2 tsp)
- 1 tsp sugar
- A pinch of toasted sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp plum extract (maesilcheong)
- 0.5 Tbsp sesame oil (approx. 1/2 tsp)
- 5 Tbsp soy sauce (regular or dark)
- 1 Tbsp minced green onion
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 0.5 Tbsp minced garlic (approx. 1/2 tsp)
- 1 tsp sugar
- A pinch of toasted sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp plum extract (maesilcheong)
- 0.5 Tbsp sesame oil (approx. 1/2 tsp)
Cooking Instructions
