Salad Ingredients- 1 block (360g) Silken Tofu
- 1 package (70g) Sprout Vegetables
- 1/6 Onion
Oriental Dressing- 1.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1.5 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 2/3 Tbsp Crushed Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, let’s prepare the dressing ingredients and chop the vegetables. Peel the onion and slice it into very thin shreds. Mince one clove of garlic finely. Having these prepped beforehand will make the cooking process much smoother.
