Essential Ingredients- 2 slices Butter (approx. 30g)
- 4 Tbsp sliced Garlic
- 300g raw Cocktail Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 7 Tbsp canned Corn Kernels (drained)
- 150g Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 5 Peperoncino peppers (or 1 dried chili pepper, crushed)
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- Pinch of Parsley Flakes (for garnish)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in a heated pan over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the sliced garlic and peperoncino peppers. Sauté until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden brown, being careful not to burn it.

When the garlic aroma is strong, add the cocktail shrimp to the pan. As the shrimp turn pink, season them with a pinch of salt and black pepper to enhance their flavor.
