Seven's Avocado Coffee: Recreate the 'The Manager' Recipe at Home

This is a recipe I tried, inspired by the Avocado Coffee that singer Seven made a while ago on the TV show ‘The Manager’. The unique combination of creamy avocado and rich coffee is truly captivating. Let’s make this special drink together!

Recipe Info

  • Category : Tea / Beverage / Alcohol

  • Servings : 2 servings
  • Cooking Time : Within 5 minutes
  • Difficulty : Anyone

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 shots of espresso (or 2 packets instant coffee)
  • 300ml milk
  • 3 Tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 8 ice cubes

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, let’s prepare the coffee. Don’t worry if you don’t have an espresso machine! I dissolved 2 packets of instant coffee (like ‘Kanu’) in a small amount of hot water to make a very strong coffee concentrate. You can adjust the coffee amount to your preference.

Step 1

Step 2

Now, it’s time to prepare the avocados. Choose avocados that are perfectly ripe and soft to the touch. Use a knife to carefully slice them in half, then remove the pit.

Step 2

Step 3

Roughly chop the pitted avocado halves and place them into a blender. Add the milk, sugar, and ice cubes. Secure the lid and blend until smooth and creamy. I used coffee ice cubes for an extra chill!

Step 3

Step 4

After blending, you’ll have a thick and smooth mixture, as shown in the picture. The avocado is perfectly pureed, ready to combine with the coffee.

Step 4

Step 5

Finally, we’ll layer the coffee and avocado mixture in a glass. Pour about half a glass of the prepared coffee into the glass first. Then, gently spoon the blended avocado mixture on top. Finish by pouring the remaining half-glass of coffee over the avocado layer. (Tip: If you add too much coffee initially, the layers might blend together. Adjust the coffee amount carefully for a better visual. But don’t worry, it will still taste delicious even if the layers aren’t perfect!)

Step 5

Step 6

Voila! A beautiful gradient forms, creating a visually stunning Avocado Coffee. Enjoy this delightful drink that’s as pleasing to the eyes as it is to the palate.
