  • 1 cup pancake mix (buchim garu)

  • 1 tsp sugar (balances the kimchi’s sourness and adds a touch of sweetness)
  • Approx. 1 cup cold water (adjust for desired batter consistency)
  • Cooking oil (for pan-frying)
