  • 2 Tbsp corn syrup (or maltose)
  • 0.5 Tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • 1 Tbsp water

Cooking Instructions

First, let’s prepare the delicious sweet and spicy chicken sauce. In a bowl, combine 2 Tbsp gochujang, 1 Tbsp ketchup, 1/3 Tbsp minced garlic, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 2 Tbsp corn syrup, 0.5 Tbsp gochugaru, and 1 Tbsp water. Whisk everything together thoroughly until well combined and smooth. Ensure all ingredients are evenly incorporated for the best flavor.

Now, it’s time to cook the dumplings. Heat 2 Tbsp of cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the 14 frozen dumplings in the pan.
