  • Mentaiko (cod roe), 2 Tbsp (roe only)
  • Mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp
  • Oligosaccharide (or honey/syrup), 1 Tbsp
  • Sugar, 1/2 Tbsp
  • Green onions (scallions), 2 stalks
