- Canola oil, a little (or cooking oil)
Seasoning Ingredients- Minced garlic 1/2 Tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 Tbsp
- Black pepper, a pinch (to taste)
- Oligosaccharide 1 Tbsp (adjust sweetness to your preference)
- Sesame seeds, a little
- Minced garlic 1/2 Tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 Tbsp
- Black pepper, a pinch (to taste)
- Oligosaccharide 1 Tbsp (adjust sweetness to your preference)
- Sesame seeds, a little
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Place the ground pork in a wide pan and add a little canola oil. Break up the pork with a spatula or spoon to prevent clumping. Stir-fry over medium heat until the pork is cooked through and slightly crispy, about 5-7 minutes. This step helps to reduce any gamey smell and improve the texture.
Step 2
Once the pork is well-cooked, push it to one side of the pan. Add 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic, 1 Tbsp oligosaccharide, and a pinch of black pepper. (Feel free to adjust the amounts of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and oligosaccharide to suit your taste. If you prefer sweeter, you can add a bit more oligosaccharide.)
Step 3
Reduce the heat to low to prevent the seasonings from burning. Mix the cooked pork thoroughly with the added seasonings. Continue to stir-fry for about 2-3 more minutes until the sauce is well coated and flavorful.
Step 4
Finally, sprinkle a little sesame seeds over the stir-fry and mix gently one last time. A quick toss will add a nutty aroma, making it even more delicious. Turn off the heat, transfer the finished ground pork stir-fry to a plate, and your delicious meal is ready!
