  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 can Spam (small size)
  • 1/4 onion

Seasoning & Garnish

  • A little cooking oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A sprinkle of black sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, peel the 2 potatoes and slice them into thick sticks, about 0.7 to 1 cm thick. Cut the 1 can of Spam (small size) into similar sized pieces as the potatoes. Thinly slice the 1/4 onion. Your ingredients are now prepped and ready to go.

Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Add the sliced potatoes and onions to the pan and stir-fry for about 1 minute until they become slightly translucent, bringing out their flavors.

Push the potatoes and onions to one side of the pan and add the sliced Spam to the other side. Stir-fry them together. Once the Spam begins to release its delicious fat, reduce the heat to medium-low. Continue to stir-fry until the potatoes are tender and cooked through. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
