Flavorful Sauce- Soy Sauce: 3-4 Tbsp (Adjust the amount to control sweetness)
- Vinegar: 1 Tbsp
- Oligosaccharide (or corn syrup): 1 Tbsp (for shine and sweetness)
- Sugar: 1 Tbsp
- Water: 100ml
- Soy Sauce: 3-4 Tbsp (Adjust the amount to control sweetness)
- Vinegar: 1 Tbsp
- Oligosaccharide (or corn syrup): 1 Tbsp (for shine and sweetness)
- Sugar: 1 Tbsp
- Water: 100ml
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, let’s prepare the delicious sauce! In a bowl, combine 3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 100ml of water. Whisk everything together until the sugar is fully dissolved. It’s important to mix thoroughly to ensure all the flavors meld beautifully.
Step 2
Now, it’s time to prepare the star of our dish: the sausages! You’ll need about 150g to 200g of sausages. For an extra boost of flavor, lightly score the surface of the sausages with a knife; this helps the sauce penetrate better. Place the scored sausages in a preheated frying pan and stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute, just until they start to get lightly golden.
Step 3
This is the final step! Pour all of the prepared soy sauce mixture over the sautéed sausages in the pan. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the sausages with a beautiful glaze. Your delicious soy sauce glazed sausage stir-fry is now ready! Serve hot with a side of steamed rice.
