  • Occasion : Baby food
  • Cooking : Grilled / Roasted

Main Ingredients

  • 300g boneless, skinless chicken thighs (removing the skin makes it lighter)
  • Milk (for tenderizing and removing odor)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Begin by soaking the chicken thighs in milk for 15 minutes. This step is crucial for removing any gamey odor and ensuring the chicken becomes exceptionally tender and succulent. Milk helps to break down proteins, resulting in a melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Step 1

Step 2

After soaking, rinse the chicken thighs thoroughly under cold running water. Pat them completely dry with paper towels. Removing excess moisture is key to achieving a nice sear and preventing oil splatters when cooking.

Step 2

Step 3

In a bowl, combine the dried chicken thighs with 0.5 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oligosaccharide, and 1 tsp minced garlic. Gently massage the marinade into the chicken, ensuring every piece is evenly coated. Let it marinate for about 5 minutes for the flavors to meld beautifully.

Step 3

Step 4

Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add the marinated chicken thighs. Cook them until they are golden brown on all sides and cooked through. Turning them occasionally will ensure even cooking and a delicious crust. For extra tenderness, you can finish by cooking on lower heat to keep the juices locked inside.
