Ingredients
  • Cabbage 150g
  • Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
  • Butter 20g
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Pepper 1 pinch

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare 150g of cabbage. Wash the cabbage thoroughly, remove the core, and cut it into your desired shape. You can julienne it or cut it into bite-sized pieces – choose whatever you prefer.

Step 2

Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and 20g of butter. Once the butter is melted and starts to sizzle, add the cut cabbage. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until the cabbage becomes translucent and slightly softened. You’ll notice a wonderful buttery aroma infusing the cabbage.

Step 3
