- Fresh chives, about 1 small bunch
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Red chili pepper
- A little green onion

- Soy sauce 4 Tbsp
- Fish sauce 1 Tbsp
- Oligosaccharide 1 Tbsp
- Sugar 1/2 Tbsp
- Minced garlic 1/2 Tbsp
- A pinch of black pepper
- Sesame seeds (generous amount)
- Cornstarch 1 Tbsp
- Water 200ml
- Soy sauce 4 Tbsp
- Fish sauce 1 Tbsp
- Oligosaccharide 1 Tbsp
- Sugar 1/2 Tbsp
- Minced garlic 1/2 Tbsp
- A pinch of black pepper
- Sesame seeds (generous amount)
- Cornstarch 1 Tbsp

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, thoroughly clean and trim the chives and green onions, then cut them into 5-6 cm lengths. Thinly slice the onion and diagonally slice the red chili pepper (removing seeds if desired). Preparing the vegetables beforehand will make the cooking process much smoother.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add the beef brisket. Stir-fry until all the pink color is gone. This step helps to render some of the fat, resulting in a cleaner taste.
