Basic Ingredients- 1/8 head of cabbage (approx. 200g)
- 4 fresh eggs
- A little carrot for color (optional)
- A pinch of salt for balanced flavor

- 1 tablespoon (approx. 10g) pancake mix for crispiness

Step 1
First, remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and wash it thoroughly. It’s best to thinly shred the prepared cabbage. Lightly rinse the shredded cabbage in cold water to maintain its crisp texture.

Thinly shred the carrot, preparing it to a similar size as the cabbage. Carrots not only make the pancake look more appetizing with their color but also add a subtle sweetness.

Prepare 4 fresh eggs, carefully separating the whites from the yolks. Since the yolks will be used to create a shape at the end, be careful not to break them completely.
