  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • A pinch of sesame seeds

First, cut the squid jerky into bite-sized pieces, about 2-3 cm in length. If they are too long, they can be difficult to eat, so adjusting the length is recommended.

In a bowl, combine 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oligosaccharide, 1 tsp sesame oil, and a pinch of sesame seeds to create a delicious seasoning sauce. You can also add 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil to give it a nice sheen.

Heat a pan over low heat and gently bring the seasoning sauce to a simmer. As soon as the sauce starts to bubble, turn off the heat. Quickly add the prepared squid jerky to the pan. This method ensures the squid jerky remains tender and absorbs the flavor well without becoming tough.
