Main Ingredients
- 2 fresh eggs
- 2.5 bowls of warm rice
- A small amount of chopped green onion (adjust to taste)
Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Generously coat a pan with cooking oil and heat over medium-high heat. Crack 2 eggs into the pan and lightly break the yolks to scramble them. Cook until about 2/3 done; overcooking will prevent it from mixing well with the rice.
Step 2
Add 2.5 bowls of warm rice directly onto the semi-scrambled eggs. Gently break apart the rice grains with a spatula as you mix them with the eggs.
Step 3
Add 2 Tbsp of soy sauce and the chopped green onions. Stir well with the spatula until all ingredients are evenly combined. Turn off the heat. Finally, drizzle in 1/2 Tbsp of sesame oil for aroma and mix once more.
Step 4
