  • 1 Tbsp Doenjang (Korean soybean paste)
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • Pinch of Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes, optional)

Prepare 2 heads of fresh bok choy. Trim the base and carefully separate the leaves. If the leaves are particularly large, cut them in half lengthwise. This helps the dressing adhere better and makes them easier to eat.
