For the Rich Pistachio Cream
- 60g heavy whipping cream
- 20g high-quality pistachio puree
- 10g sugar
For the Latte

- 110ml milk
- 2 shots espresso

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, let’s make the pistachio cream. In a bowl, pour 60g of cold heavy whipping cream. Using chilled cream will help you achieve a beautifully whipped texture.

Next, add 20g of high-quality pistachio puree to the cream. This is where the rich pistachio flavor comes from, elevating your latte to a gourmet level.
