Rich & Healthy Homemade Walnut Sauce
[Eco-Friendly Nature Cook] How to Make Delicious Walnut Sauce
Let’s make a nutty and healthy walnut sauce together! It’s perfect drizzled over salads or served with baked tofu.^^
Ingredients
- 15 walnuts
- 30g soy milk (unsweetened)
- 2 pinches of sun-dried salt (jugyeom)
- 1 tsp agave syrup
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare 15 walnuts. Place the clean walnuts directly into your hand blender.
Step 2
Next, measure out 30g of unsweetened soy milk and add it to the hand blender. The soy milk will contribute to the sauce’s smooth consistency.
Step 3
Now, blend all the ingredients together until smooth. If you prefer a slightly coarser texture with some nutty bits, you can adjust the blending time so that small pieces remain. (I personally like leaving a bit of texture!^^)
Step 4
Add 1 teaspoon of agave syrup to the blended mixture for a touch of sweetness, and 2 pinches of sun-dried salt (jugyeom) to enhance the flavor. Blend again briefly to ensure everything is well combined.
Step 5
Your delicious and healthy homemade walnut sauce is now complete!^^
Step 6
This finished walnut sauce is wonderful drizzled over fresh salads, elevating their flavor. It’s also excellent as a dipping sauce for baked tofu or roasted vegetables, adding both nutrition and taste. Enjoy this delightful sauce that offers both richness and health benefits.^^
