Rich Beef Brisket Oil Pasta
Delicious Beef Brisket Oil Pasta Recipe – A Crowd-Pleaser!
While creamy pasta is wonderful, today let’s make a clean and savory beef brisket oil pasta that combines the fragrant aroma of olive oil with the rich flavor of beef brisket. You can create a restaurant-worthy meal at home.
Main Ingredients- 100g beef brisket, thinly sliced
- 100g pasta (e.g., spaghetti, linguine)
- 40g garlic, thinly sliced
- 5g chives (or garlic chives)
- 3g green onions, finely chopped
- 2 dried red chilies
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, bring a generous pot of water to a boil. Add about a tablespoon of salt and cook the pasta according to the package directions for your desired al dente texture. (Tip: A standard single serving of pasta is about the size of a 500-won coin when held between your thumb and index finger.)
Step 2
Heat a large pan over medium heat and add a generous amount of olive oil. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown and fragrant, being careful not to burn it. Reduce the heat slightly once the garlic begins to turn golden.
Step 3
Once the garlic is fragrant, add the thinly sliced beef brisket. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and stir-fry together until the beef is cooked. For a touch of heat, break the dried red chilies or add them whole to infuse their flavor. (Tip: If you prefer more spice, you can add an extra 1-2 dried chilies.)
Step 4
When the beef brisket is nicely browned, pour in the Cham Sauce and 100ml of chicken broth (or water). Stir well to combine. Don’t worry if you don’t have chicken broth; plain water will still contribute to the deliciousness of the pasta. Let the sauce come to a gentle simmer, then reduce the heat to low.
Step 5
Drain the cooked pasta and add it directly to the pan with the simmering sauce. Stir and cook together for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to coat the pasta and reduce slightly. If the pasta seems too dry, you can add a little reserved pasta water to achieve the desired consistency.
Step 6
Once the sauce has thickened and coated the pasta beautifully, add the cleaned chives and toss gently to combine. Finally, garnish with the finely chopped green onions. Your delicious and aromatic beef brisket oil pasta is now ready to serve!
