Main Ingredients

  • The Bibigo Ginseng Galbi-Tang 1 pack (for beef pieces)
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 120g pasta
  • Dried red pepper or Cheongyang pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare your ingredients. You’ll need The Bibigo Ginseng Galbi-Tang (for the beef pieces) and fresh garlic.

Step 1

Step 2

Peel the garlic cloves and slice them thinly into about 0.3cm thick rounds. Slicing them thinly is important to prevent burning and to achieve a rich flavor.

Step 2

Step 3

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil, then add 1 tablespoon of salt. Add 120g of pasta and cook for about 7 minutes, which is one minute less than the package instructions suggest. Cooking the pasta al dente is recommended so it doesn’t get too mushy.

Step 3

Step 4

While the pasta is cooking, pour one pack of The Bibigo Ginseng Galbi-Tang into a pot and bring it to a simmer. Let it cook to extract the deep flavors of the galbi-tang.

Step 4

Step 5

Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a wide skillet over low heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté slowly. The key is to gently cook the garlic until it turns a golden brown and releases its fragrant aroma. Be careful not to burn the garlic by managing the heat.

Step 5

Step 6

Once the garlic is well-cooked and fragrant, add the beef pieces and broth from the simmering Ginseng Galbi-Tang to the skillet. Stir-fry to combine, allowing the rich galbi-tang broth to meld with the oil.

Step 6

Step 7

Now, add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir-fry over high heat. Add more galbi-tang broth as needed to adjust the flavor and consistency of the sauce. Season with freshly ground black pepper and salt to your preference. If you like a spicy kick, finely chop dried red chili or Cheongyang pepper and sauté them with the pasta for an extra layer of flavor!

Step 7

Step 8

Once all the ingredients are well combined, turn off the heat. Plate the pasta attractively. Twirling the pasta strands neatly can make it look even more appetizing.

Step 8

Step 9

Finally, garnish with ginseng (if included in the galbi-tang), chopped fresh parsley, or grated cheese according to your preference. This completes your delicious and nutritious Galbi-Oil Pasta!
