Main Ingredients

  • Sparkling Water or Plain Yogurt
  • Other favorite fruits (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Prepare tangerines and bananas for a refreshing juice. Utilize the tangerines you have at home to add sweetness and tang. If you have oranges, they can be used together.

Step 2

To prevent the juice from being too thick, add about 50-100ml of sparkling water. Sparkling water adds a delightful fizz and makes the juice even more refreshing. (You can substitute with yogurt according to your preference.)

Step 3

Start the blender on ‘speed 1’. The mini blender’s powerful performance will instantly pulverize the fruits, so fast that you might miss the chance to record a video! (It’s helpful to briefly pause and stir the ingredients once to ensure even blending before the main cycle.)

Step 4

Create your own unique cleanse juice using a variety of fruits you have on hand. Using seasonal fruits will enhance the freshness and flavor. If you have fruits that are hard to finish, blending them into a delicious juice with a mini blender is a great idea.

Step 5

This time, I added an apple to the blend. Using frozen persimmon creates a richer and cooler tasting juice. (Unfortunately, I didn’t get a photo this time.) Replacing your daily coffee with a glass of fruit juice is a wonderful way to boost your health.

Step 6

For the juice I prepared for my parents, I used a bottle of plain yogurt instead of sparkling water. The combination of 1 apple, 1 tangerine, half a banana, and 1 bottle of yogurt results in a smooth, creamy, and delicious taste that everyone will love. (This combination is also excellent for children’s snacks.)
