Refreshing Pear Aloe Vera Juice Recipe
Best for Skin Beauty! How to Make Edible Aloe Vera and Pear Juice
When I first tried edible aloe vera, I found its taste quite unique. I started making aloe vera juice then, and since I’ve discovered a delicious way to make it with pears, I’m excited to share this recipe! Aloe is wonderful for skin health, digestion, and circulation.
Ingredients- 1 Pear
- 1 Edible Aloe Vera Leaf
- 1/2 cup Coconut Drink (100% coconut water)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
I’ve opted for coconut drink instead of plain water. Make sure it’s 100% pure coconut water for the best flavor!
Step 2
For edible aloe vera, we’ll be using the inner gel after peeling. You can save the peel for skincare purposes – it’s great for the skin!
Step 3
The aloe vera gel has a slippery texture and can be a bit bland on its own, which is why blending it is ideal. Not only does it make it more palatable, but aloe vera is also known to be beneficial for stomach health and improving blood circulation.
Step 4
In Bali, they often use small local pears, but the large, sweet Korean pears blend beautifully with aloe vera, creating a wonderfully sweet and refreshing juice. The sweetness of the pear perfectly complements the aloe.
Step 5
If edible aloe vera isn’t available, you can still make a delicious pear juice by combining coconut drink and pear. It’s a fantastic alternative!
