  • Orange juice 200ml
  • Minced garlic 1 Tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 Tbsp
  • Yellow mustard (prepared) 1/2 Tbsp
  • Wasabi a tiny bit
  • Sugar 3 Tbsp
  • Double strength vinegar 2 Tbsp

Step 1

First, let’s make the delicious dressing. In a bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients: 200ml orange juice, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 Tbsp salt, 1/2 Tbsp yellow mustard, a tiny bit of wasabi (add more if you like it spicy), 3 Tbsp sugar, and 2 Tbsp double strength vinegar. Whisk or stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. You’ll smell a lovely, refreshing orange aroma!
