  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes (use ripe ones for best flavor)
  • 1 cup (200ml) of ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (for a touch of brightness)
  • 2 tablespoons allulose (or honey, for sweetness adjustment)

First, gather your ingredients: 2 ripe tomatoes, allulose for sweetness, lemon juice for a zesty kick, and 1 cup of ice for a refreshing chill. Everything is ready to go!

Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, then cut them into manageable pieces (about 2-3 cm chunks) that will fit easily into your blender. This helps ensure a smooth blend.
