Cooking Instructions
Step 1
[Making Lychee Bingsu] First, combine the 2 Mogu Mogu Ice Burst Lychee packs with 300ml of cold milk in a zip-top bag and mix well. Remove as much air as possible from the bag, seal it tightly, and freeze for at least 5 hours until solid.
Step 2
Once frozen solid, take the zip-top bag out and use a rolling pin or similar tool to break the frozen mixture into coarse pieces. Aim for a slightly chunky texture rather than a fine powder for better mouthfeel.
Step 3
Spoon the crushed ice mixture into your serving bowl. Then, squeeze out a generous amount of Mogu Mogu Ice Burst Lychee over the ice to add its signature flavor.
Step 4
Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk to your liking. Garnish with a few pieces of frozen lychee and fresh apple mint for a beautiful presentation. Your delicious Lychee Bingsu is now complete!
Step 5
[Making Strawberry Bingsu] The strawberry bingsu is made in the exact same way as the lychee bingsu. Freeze 2 Mogu Mogu Ice Burst Strawberry packs with 300ml of milk, then break them into coarse pieces using a rolling pin. Place the crushed ice into a bowl and squeeze Mogu Mogu Ice Burst Strawberry over it.
Step 6
Top with fresh strawberries and a generous drizzle of sweet condensed milk. Finish with a sprig of fresh apple mint for a vibrant garnish. Your delightful Strawberry Bingsu, bursting with flavor, is ready to be enjoyed!
