  • 495-510ml fresh milk
  • 30-40ml lemon juice
  • 70-80g honey (or sugar, to taste)

Add 495-510ml of fresh milk and 30-40ml of lemon juice to the blender with the apple mint leaves. Secure the lid tightly and blend until all ingredients are smoothly pureed.

Add 70-80g of honey to the blended mixture for sweetness. You can substitute sugar if preferred. Blend briefly again or stir well with a spatula until the honey or sugar is fully incorporated.

If you prefer a smoother ice cream without the texture of mint leaves, prepare a fine-mesh sieve or strainer. Pour the blended mixture through the sieve to remove the mint pulp. This step ensures a much smoother final texture.

Transfer the strained ice cream base into an airtight container. Close the lid securely and place it in the freezer until firm. For an even creamier texture, you can remove the container every 2-3 hours and scrape the ice cream with a fork to break up ice crystals. Freezing typically takes about 4-6 hours.
