Refreshing and Sweet Fruit Water Recipe
Delicious Fruit Water with a Smooth Finish to Encourage Hydration
I found making ‘Fruit Water’ on TV to be a great way to drink more water when plain water is unappealing. It was so simple and easy, I decided to try it myself and was delighted! I could easily finish a whole glass of water. The signature characteristic of Fruit Water is its smooth texture that goes down easily, with a subtle fruity aroma and taste. Especially during the dry winter months, staying hydrated is crucial for preventing colds. And guess what? Fruit Water is also said to be good for dieting! It’s a fantastic way to enjoy hydration.
Main Ingredients- 3-4 fresh strawberries
- 3-4 fresh grapes
- 1/4 apple
- 3-4 segments of tangerine/mandarin
- Plenty of still water
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare your fresh fruits. Halve the strawberries, grapes, and tangerines for easier infusion. Slice the apple thinly after washing it thoroughly. Prepping the fruit beforehand will make the next steps much smoother.
Step 2
Arrange the prepared fruits attractively in individual glasses or clear tumblers. Then, pour in plenty of fresh, still water, ensuring the fruit is well submerged. It’s best to let it steep for about 20-30 minutes before drinking, rather than consuming it immediately. This allows the natural flavors and aromas of the fruit to gently infuse into the water, creating a richer and more nuanced taste.
Step 3
For a more convenient approach, you can also pre-infuse larger quantities of your favorite fruits in a big glass pitcher. This way, whenever you feel thirsty or crave something refreshing, you can simply pour yourself a glass of delicious fruit-infused water. It’s a great method to consistently encourage yourself to drink more water throughout the day.
Step 4
Personally, I found the fruit water made with apples to be my favorite, thanks to its subtle sweetness and delicate aroma. I encourage you to experiment with different fruit combinations to discover your own perfect blend of Fruit Water!
