- Chicken breast 50g
Sauce Ingredients- Spicy mustard 1/3 Tbsp
- Mustard sauce 1.5 Tbsp
- Vinegar 1 Tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
- Plum extract 1 Tbsp
- Sugar 1/2 Tbsp
- Mirin 1 Tbsp
- Minced garlic 1/2 Tbsp
- Spicy mustard 1/3 Tbsp
- Mustard sauce 1.5 Tbsp
- Vinegar 1 Tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
- Plum extract 1 Tbsp
- Sugar 1/2 Tbsp

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Soak the prepared sea grapes in water with 1 Tbsp of vinegar for about 10 minutes. This step effectively removes any fishy odor from the seaweed, resulting in a fresher taste. After soaking, rinse the sea grapes thoroughly under running water, drain them well, and then cut them into bite-sized pieces (1-2 cuts per strand).
Step 2
Wash the fresh lettuce leaves under cold running water, shake off excess water, and then tear or cut them into bite-sized pieces. These will form the base of your salad.

Peel the ripe avocado, remove the pit, and then thinly slice it into strips. Arrange these avocado strips on top of the salad for a creamy texture.
