Main Ingredients- Assorted Seaweed 21g (based on 3 packs of 7g seaweed salad)
Seasoning Ingredients- 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, place the assorted seaweed salad (approximately 3 packs of 7g each) in a bowl of water and soak for 10 minutes until rehydrated. While the seaweed is soaking, proceed to the next step.
Step 2
While the seaweed is rehydrating, let’s make the delicious dressing. In a small bowl, combine 1 Tbsp of fish sauce and 1/2 Tbsp of sugar. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Next, add 3 Tbsp of vinegar for a tangy kick and stir everything together until well combined.
Step 3
After soaking for 10 minutes, rinse the seaweed thoroughly under cold running water. This helps remove any impurities and reduces any potential fishy odor. To ensure the dressing adheres well, drain the seaweed completely. You can do this by placing it in a colander or using a salad spinner for best results. Once drained, add the seaweed to the prepared dressing. Sprinkle in 1/2 Tbsp of red pepper flakes and mix gently until everything is evenly coated.
